IoD Scotland Director of the Year – Winner!
Michael Longstaffe, CEO at Smith Anderson Group Limited, won IoD Scotland Director of the Year – Family Business.
Michael was awarded the accolade for his continued commitment and skill at leading this sixth-generation family-owned business, based in Kirkcaldy.
The judges commended his ability overseeing the internationalisation of this traditional manufacturing business, which has seen Smith Anderson become a market leader in foodservice and pharmacy packaging.
Michael also won the Regional Director of the Year 2021 award for Fife & Tayside. Congratulations to our CEO on both these awards, it is a great reflection of the whole company not just Michael.
