Production Director

Tom joined Smith Anderson in October 2018 and brings experience of leading and transforming operations in a wide range of industries, including Oil and Gas, Automotive and Sub-Contract supply.

Tom began his leadership career with APW Enclosure Systems in Dundee where he attained a black belt in Lean Manufacturing before moving on to site and multi-site leadership roles with Tokhiem UK Ltd, Low and Bonar Group, Proclad Group and Alexander Dennis in the UK, Germany and Middle East.

Tom graduated from the University of Abertay in 2010 after gaining a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Tom lives in Dundee with his wife Lesley and is a keen golfer and also enjoys football.
